Terms of Service

I own the rights to all artwork sold to a client. Commercial use of my art is prohibited unless negotiated by the client and me. Using my artwork to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) is also prohibited.

All figures/characters in the illustration must be original (no fan art). Additionally, I will not illustrate explicit content (excessive violence, sex, etc.).

I estimate the cost of each project before starting a commission and require half of it to be paid before I begin. All project prices are based on the illustration's content. A "basic" illustration includes a fully rendered scene featuring a background and one figure. Additional details will raise the cost. The content also determines the length of time dedicated to a piece.

 

Clients should anticipate each piece to take at least ten (10) business days. Stages of the project's completion will be communicated to the client. Refunds are only available before the halfway stage.
